There is only one party in the USA , the war party. The rest of it is just divide and conquer tactics to delude the US citizens into thinking there is a difference and their vote matters.
You have failed to mention the key thing that leads to all this election spending: Voters respond to it. 4 out of 5 times, the candidate that spends the most, wins. That puts the responsibility squarely on the shoulders of the voters. If voters didn't respond to candidate promotion, none of this would be a problem.
So the question for me is: how do you get the voter to tune out the advertising and focus on the substance of matters??? I do not know. People want things to be entertaining. But substance usually isn't entertaining. So what to do now???
